We provide the full range of services from supply only, supply and install, as well as a complete advisory service.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
A written order is required to place an order, by fax, post or email, whatever is convenient to you.

WHAT IS THE TIME SCALE FOR PRODUCTION OF OUR PRODUCTS?
Blinds: Normally 10 working days from receipt of your order.
Curtains: Normally 15 working days from receipt of fabric.
Once the order is completed we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for installation or despatch (if applicable).

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
Basically, the whole of the UK.

DO YOU COME OUT AND MEASURE UP?
Subject to quantity we offer a complimentary check measure.

DO YOU SUPPLY FABRIC OR CAN I USE MY OWN?
We hold accounts with most major fabric suppliers, or you can supply your own fabric if you require.

CAN YOU GIVE ME AN IDEA OF COST?
If you have the sizes to hand and a rough idea of what you want, we can give you a budget cost over the telephone.

WHAT ARE YOU PAYMENT TERMS?
For all new customers we ask for a 50% deposit with a confirmation order. For established account customers, we require payment 30 days from the date of invoice, which will be issued following completion of the works.

CAN YOU PROVIDE SWATCHES?
Yes, if you require a particular swatch, please call the office, and we will be happy to arrange for a sample to be put in the post, or if you want to chose curtain fabric, we can always arrange for a representative to call with sample books.
